Placement Fee: 25% (of the educator’s first-year gross salary)

Educator Compensation
Most TeacherCare educators earn between $95,000 – $135,000 annually, depending on credentials and experience. Families employ the educator directly; TeacherCare manages the strategy, vetting, and match.
