Step 2: Activation (Retainer Starts Your Search)
When you’re ready, your retainer activates our proprietary matching process, which combines insights from your Discovery Call with your custom Family Learning Plan—a co-created document used to align your goals with our vetting and educator introductions.
Behind the scenes, we evaluate candidates using our proprietary VISION-based vetting and CARE Approach.

Step 3: Educator Introductions
We guide you through high-value interviews with the finalists, both online and in your own home. You will also receive personalized sample lesson plans or enrichment activities, allowing you to preview how each candidate would engage and nurture your child.

Step 4: Final Match + Seamless Onboarding
Once you’ve selected your educator, you’ll receive onboarding materials, learning activity resources, and expert guidance for your transition — everything you need to start strong. We assist with final decision-making, professional referrals, and transition planning, ensuring the offer and onboarding process is seamless.

Step 5: Ongoing Support
Our team of expert Directors is always available to support your teacher’s employment throughout the life of your relationship (typically 3+ years).
In addition, as your child grows, we also offer optional check-ins and access to additional tools to help your educator evolve with your goals or to adjust for new seasons of learning. We’ll customize these optional services to you at your request.
